Below is a snapshot of the impact Innovate & Elevate has achieved to date.
Strong, Sustained Podcast Growth
Innovate & Elevate has surpassed 24,000 total downloads, with episodes averaging 1,380 downloads each, a performance that places the show in the top 10 percent of podcasts globally. This consistency reflects not only discoverability, but sustained listener interest across episodes and seasons.
Growth accelerated significantly in 2025. Compared to the previous year, the podcast experienced a 330% increase in downloads and a 359% increase in subscribers, signaling a major inflection point following the launch of Season 2.
Today, the show reaches 1,100+ subscribers across platforms, with listeners tuning in via Spotify, Apple Podcasts, YouTube, and other major podcast apps.
Season 2: A Focus on Women’s Health
Season 2, released in 2025, consisted of eight episodes dedicated exclusively to women’s health. The season tackled timely and complex topics, including hormone therapy literacy, FDA decision-making, and the need to rewrite outdated narratives in women’s healthcare.
By centering expert-led, science-backed conversations, the season resonated deeply with its audience and contributed directly to the show’s rapid growth in both downloads and subscribers.
Season 2 Featured Guests
Season 2 brought together leading experts in women’s health, science, and innovation. Each guest contributed insights, research, and real-world experience that helped make the season both authoritative and highly engaging for listeners. The featured guests for Season 2 were:
Dr. Kelly Casperson – Urologist, Author of The Menopause Moment
Dr. Rachel Rubin – Urologist & FDA Menopause Panel Contributor
Dr. Vonda Wright – Orthopedic Surgeon & Longevity Expert
Joanna Strober – Founder & CEO, Midi Health
These expert voices were integral in addressing complex topics such as hormone therapy literacy gaps, FDA clarity, and the need to rewrite outdated narratives in women’s healthcare, strengthening the season’s impact and further building audience trust.
Expanding Reach Beyond Audio
The momentum of Innovate & Elevate extends beyond podcast platforms. During Season 2 alone, the show generated 2.5 million social media views, accompanied by 163% community growth. Educational, science-forward content consistently achieved multi six-figure reach, with top-performing posts surpassing 600,000 views.
This cross-platform strategy helped amplify episode insights, attract new listeners, and deepen engagement with the existing community.
A Growing Platform for Impact
Together, these metrics reflect more than audience size. They
signal trust, relevance, and influence. Innovate & Elevate continues to grow as a platform for credible, accessible conversations in human health and innovation, bringing expert voices to a rapidly expanding audience.
As the show moves forward, its data-backed growth underscores the power of thoughtful production, clear positioning, and content that meets listeners where they are curious, engaged, and ready to learn.
